Dishing Up the Dirt

Celery, Grape & Cashew Salad with Chili Crisp

If I ever opened a restaurant, this celery, grape, and cashew salad with chili crisp would absolutely be on the menu. This salad truly has it all. It’s ultra-crunchy (and I mean oh-so crunchy), perfectly spicy, lightly sweet, and delightfully nutty, with a bright punch of freshness from the cilantro. Every bite is exciting.

I’ve made this salad every single day for lunch for the past four days, and I have zero plans of stopping. It’s quickly becoming my go-to recipe—not just for weekday lunches, but also for potlucks, parties, and neighborhood gatherings. It comes together in just minutes, yet the bold flavor combination completely steals the show.

If you’re looking for a quick, crunchy salad or a fresh side dish that people will actually ask you about, this is it.

If you make this salad, please leave a comment or review—I can’t wait to hear what you think.
Happy salad eating!
