Sounds deliciously refreshing! Just what you need after a day in the field!
Wow! While completing my morning jog, I was thinking about food. (Yes, I do that.) I thought, “I wonder if Andrea has any cucumber recipes on her site? I love cucumbers on a hot day.” Low and behold, you have surpassed my expectations…a cucumber recipe waiting for me and it contains vodka! Let’s see…what should I think about tomorrow? “I wonder if Andrea has any rum recipes on her site?”
haha! a rum recipe needs to happen next!! I hope you enjoy these cocktails
Oh, to have such problems as a surplus of cucumbers! I love the lime-mint combination as well. Thanks for sharing! It’s hotter than heck here in Idaho…looking foward to making these soon.
I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
That looks amazing,. How about a cucumber salad recipe? (yes, shameless hint).
I’ve got one coming up soon! Keep checking back!
A while back, my friend made me a cucumber cocktail using freshly juiced cucumbers. This whole time I thought I would need a juicer to enjoy a tasty cucumber beverage and I’m so happy to discover I can just throw some cucumber in a blender. This is glorious news – I’ll be making this drink round the clock now!
no need for a juicer for this puppy! Enjoy!
Andrea, you inspire me everyday with fresh recipes! I have been waiting for the farmer’s markets and my garden in Wisconsin to really kick into season to try out your latest recipes. I think this one sounds sooo refreshing! Thank you for keeping good recipes like these coming! Stay cool!
Thanks for the lovely comment!
These are THE most gorgeous cocktails! I was wondering what was inside after you instagrammed that picture the other day 🙂 I think it’s safe to say you and Taylor deserve to enjoy a few of these after a tough day on the farm!
Thanks girl! I hope it’s cooler where you are. If not whip these up to cool down! Cheers.
We finally got around to trying this recipe tonight. Why did we wait so long? So good. So dangerous. Thank you!
Delicious! I used cucumber vodka!
How do you get the honey to mix in well? Mine just stuck to the bottom of my blender.
I’ve never had a problem with the honey sticking to the bottom with my blender…. Not sure what’s causing yours to stick. It should mix well with all the other ingredients.
