Whelp folks, I guess it’s officially Thanksgiving week and I thought it would be a good idea to share some of my favorite holiday recipes with you. I’m all about the side dishes and cocktails and I hope you all find some inspiration from the recipes below. I know cooking over the holidays can cause a lot of stress for some people. As always, I try and create dishes that are simple, flavorful and in season. And if you want even more inspiration, definitely pick up my cookbook for (NEW) recipes that aren’t featured on the blog but are lovely for this time of the year as well. If you’re in charge of hosting dinner make sure to ask your guests to bring a side dish or two. Keep things as relaxed and joyful as possible. The most important thing to remember is that any meal (whether it’s overcooked turkey, burnt brussels sprouts, or undercooked pumpkin pie) simply tastes better when it’s enjoyed with people you love. I hope you all enjoy the recipes below. And if you mess them up or nail them, just know I’m proud of you no matter what!
