I’m so excited to share my cookbook trailer for my new book Local Dirt! It hits bookstore shelves nationwide today (Tuesday, October 13th). This book is much more than just a collection of recipes, it’s a story about finding home through food and community. I share my journey through stories, photographs, and more than 80 recipes, re-creating a not-so-distant world when the ingredients cooked and eaten were produced within local communities. The book is organized by season (just like my last one) and the recipes are intended to be simple, accessible and easy to adapt and customize to the place you call home.
