The holidays are upon us and while I love to cook and eat, I honestly believe the most important ingredient going into the holiday season is to surround yourself with good folks. So whether that’s dishing out meals at the local soup kitchen, bringing cookies over to a new neighbor, or clinking glasses with your family and friends, the perfect side dish isn’t the important thing. I hope this holiday season you get to sit at a table (any kind of table) and have meaningful conversations with friends, family and strangers alike.
I hope a few of the recipes below can come in handy over the next few months. And if you are spending the holidays alone, all of these recipes taste great with a glass of wine and a good book. Cheers from Tumbleweed Farm
