Lemon Garlic Dressing
This is my go-to salad dressing. It’s simple, delicious and great when tossed with greens, grains or added as a marinade to meat. Make a double batch and keep it in the fridge for 2 weeks so you’ll have easy access at the drop of a hat.
Lemon Garlic Dressing

- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a mason jar (or any glass jar) secure with a lid and shake vigorously until well combined. Taste and adjust for seasonings.
