Lemon Garlic Dressing

This is my go-to salad dressing. It’s simple, delicious and great when tossed with greens, grains or added as a marinade to meat. Make a double batch and keep it in the fridge for 2 weeks so you’ll have easy access at the drop of a hat.

Lemon Garlic Dressing

  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil


  1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar (or any glass jar) secure with a lid and shake vigorously until well combined. Taste and adjust for seasonings.
