Garlic Dill Yogurt Sauce

Whether you’re whipping up chicken gyros, grilled salmon or simply looking for a great sauce to drizzle over roasted veggies, this is one is a keeper! Dill is by far my favorite herb that we grow at Tumbleweed Farm and I love how light and fresh it’s flavor is. This simple sauce is a great one to have in your back pocket and I hope you find as many good uses for it as we do!

Garlic Dill Yogurt Sauce

Prep Time: 5 minutes    Cook Time: 0 minutes

  • 1 cup plain full-fat yogurt
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • salt to taste


  1. Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl. Taste for seasonings and adjust as needed.
