Arugula Hummus
Arugula is one of my all time favorite greens and this recipe lets you enjoy it in a whole new way! Not only is arugula delicious with a light peppery bite, but it’s high in vitamin C and magnesium with anti–inflammatory and detoxifying properties. It’s a great way to up your hummus game with a delicious flavor and beautiful green hue. This is a lovely protein rich snack that tastes great with crackers, veggies or spread onto a sandwich.
The next time you swing by your local farmers market grab some arugula and whip up this tasty hummus. Please report back if you make this!

This is sooooo tasty. I nearly doubled the amount of arugula and I feel that justifies me eating it by the spoonful – as well a veggie dip. Thank you for another fabulous recipe Andrea.
