Dishing Up the Dirt

miso-tahini sauce

October 11, 2012

Welp, my kitchen gadgets are packed.  I shed a few tears when we packed up our juicer. No more farm fresh juice until next season. My heart aches.

I whipped up one final meal in our tiny farm kitchen.  Nothing fancy, but totally lick your plate clean delicious.

We may get one more chance to cook at my in-laws house since we will be moving in with them for the next few nights.  We are no longer leaving this Friday.  We take off Sunday morning instead.

In the meantime you all should whip up a batch of this miso-tahini sauce.  It tastes amazing over roasted veggies and quinoa.

Miso-Tahini Sauce

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbs olive oil

1/4 cup white miso paste

1 tbs tahini

3/4 cup warm water.

With an immersion blender blend all the ingredients together.  Or whisk by hand.  Enjoy!
