I received my copy of your book today. It is beautiful!! I haven’t read it yet, but oh … the photos and the recipes. I haven’t seen anything that I don’t want to try. I’m in Northwest Montana and buy from Farmer’s Market which starts here in 6 weeks and I am counting the days. I look forward to cooking my way through your cookbook and also spending some peaceful time reading and enjoying the book as well as your blog. I found my way here via http://www.simplyrecipes.com and Emma Christensen’s post featuring your cabbage with bacon gremolata.

    1. Andrea says:

Liz–thank you so much for you lovely comment. I’m so happy you found the blog and my cookbook. I’m a Montana girl at heart (it’s where my whole family is from and where I met my husband!) I’ll be traveling to Missoula for a book signing April 15th. If you’re around I’d love to meet you! Happy cooking!

      1. Liz says:

Oh, Yippeee!!! re Missoula book signing. I will sure try to be there. BTW, I bought not only the hard copy but then got the Kindle version as well so easy to have recipes when I travel … I’m an rv’r :).

I actually started reading the hardcopy last Friday evening and sat and read it cover to cover … every single recipe. Just beautiful in every way!

        1. Andrea says:

This is so wonderful to hear. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I hope to see you in Missoula! xoxoxo

    1. Andrea says:

Thank you for your kind words and for following along.

  44. Dianna Roberts says:

I would like to have the lush new shoots of spinach for a great salad, or some of those yummy radishes for a great sandwich oh and a cucumber on it too. Maybe some new potatoes roasted to perfection or made into soup with some little onions or chives. Tomatoes and chilies for salsa or some great red peppers just screaming to be stuffed and baked. Then there’s —— well you get the idea.
